Rates & Insurance
Our rates vary depending on the clinician involved and the service(s) provided. Please contact our office for detailed and accurate information about specific rates and services.
We are network providers with most major insurance companies including Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, American Behavioral, CHIPS, and many others. We will be happy to assist you in determining if your plan covers the specific services you are seeking; however, we recommed that you check with your provider and ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim. It is your responsibility to pay the remaining balance. If the insurance company denies your claim, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company and you are responsible for paying the balance. Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a missed appointment fee.
